Jabra knew the complexity was high and understood working closely was integral to success. They had envisioned a motivating and authentic voice, in 8 languages, that used an algorithm of different voice-building blocks depending on the selection of files. The idea being that each unique sentence could call upon a specific selection of files that sound natural in the context they are applied.
To accommodate, we recorded the necessary versions of each number and word to enable construction of the planned sentences- in 8 languages. And since languages vary in sentence structure, we couldn’t just apply one set of language coding to the sentence algorithm.
So, we established an action force, tasked with developing an efficient approach to translation. This allowed us to instruct voice talents and producers in a way that enabled adaptation of word files to the existing algorithm.
